“Agape” is the Greek word for God's unconditional love. That is what we at Agape Worship Center aim to portray to the lost, the sick, the hurting, the hopeless, and the brokenhearted.
John 13:34 “A new commandment I give unto you, love one another as I loved you...”
Our hope is that you enjoy our website and learn more about Agape. If you are in the area, we encourage you to visit us in person to worship the Lord with us. After 20 years in ministry, Pastor Anthony Ventola and his wife Patricia established Agape Worship Center in 1996 with a handful of parishioners. Their services were held in a small church in Clifton that they rented on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
Within two years the church grew and they were able to purchase and renovate their own church building. Now in we are a thriving church in Bloomfield, NJ, reaching out to the inner-cities as well as the local suburbs.
There are many ministries in the church, some of which include: Men of Vision Men's Ministry, Heart to Heart Women's Ministry, Evangelism Team, Prayer Team, Children's Church and Sold Out Youth Ministry.
Our church services can be seen locally on various cable television stations in Northern and Central New Jersey in over 100 cities.

We are community of people from different walks of life. A diverse community of different nationalities, passionate about our relationship with God through Jesus the Christ and empowered through the Holy Spirit.
